I tried the Stratia product for a while because I was hoping it would do something for the fine lines around my eyes. I started using it at night after washing my face, usually while half-watching TV before bed, and I really did give it a fair shot.

Unfortunately, my skin feels pretty much the same as it did before. The lines are still there, and I didn’t notice any real smoothing or firming or anything that made me think it was working for me.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, I expected to see at least a little change. I’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

I really wanted to like this, but the price feels a bit unnecessary. You just don’t get enough for what you’re paying, and it’s hard to ignore when there are cheaper options out there. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I actually like the product itself, but the bottle pump kind of drives me crazy. Sometimes it works fine and I think it’s not a big deal, then other times it gets stuck and ends up squirting out way more than I need. So I’m happy with what’s inside, but also annoyed every time I use it.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but wow, it felt like I was waiting for the next ice age. It took longer than I expected, and I definitely checked my account way too many times. Not a disaster, just slower than I would’ve liked

I’ve been using this for a bit, and it did seem to help my skin barrier, but my skin still feels kind of dry, especially after a few hours. It’s okay, not amazing, but not bad either.

Tried it, didn’t like it, and I definitely won’t be buying it again. Love spending money on disappointment, apparently...

I really wanted to like this dispenser, and I don’t feel like I was being rough with it or anything. I used it normally for about a week, and then the pump just stopped working. Maybe I got a defective one, but it was frustrating and not worth the hassle

I really wanted this to be something I could use, but my skin just wasn’t having it. After a couple of days, my face got red and started stinging, which is pretty much the last thing I want from a skincare product. I do have sensitive skin, so maybe it’s just my face being picky, but for me, this was a no.

My order ended up showing up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it and it was just stuck, which was annoying. not ordering again, it was way too much of a hassle.

I tried it a few different ways, waited between steps, used less product, all of that, but it was the same every time. My makeup also went on weird over it, so unfortunately it’s just not for me and feels like a bit of a wasted purchase

From what I remember, Stratia does a good job explaining what the ingredients are and why they’re included, which I really appreciated. It felt more straightforward than a lot of skincare sites I’ve browsed. That said, I do remember wishing they had more details about things like sourcing and testing all in one easy-to-find spot. Overall, it seemed transparent, just not quite as complete as I would’ve liked.

so I do like that Stratia seems to use solid ingredients without just tossing in whatever is trendy at the moment. The formulas feel straightforward, and I appreciate seeing things like ceramides and niacinamide in there.

That said, for the price, I was hoping they’d feel a little better on my skin. A couple products were just fine, and one felt a bit heavy for me. I don’t think they’re bad quality at all, they just didn’t wow me personally.

Pages were loading slower than I expected, and then I got annoyed trying to find basic product details that should’ve been easy to see. The menu on my phone didn’t help either—it just wasn’t very clear. I went from curious to frustrated before I even made it to checkout. the products might be great, but the website made me lose interest.

I used this for about two weeks hoping my skin would adjust, but it just made things worse. I started getting a bunch of tiny bumps and some really painful acne on my cheeks, which is not normal for me. Once I stopped using it, my skin slowly started calming down. Definitely not for me. What made it more annoying is how these return policies always seem to have little loopholes, like by the time you’ve actually tested it long enough to know it doesn’t work, you’re basically stuck with it...

I’ve generally liked this brand and wanted to keep sticking with them, so I didn’t think much of the subscription at first. But it renewed before I even realized it was coming up, and figuring out how to cancel wasn’t as clear as I expected. Not a huge disaster, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be...

I went to reorder my usual stuff, and this is where it got annoying, it was out of stock again. It feels like every time I check, the one thing I actually need isn’t available.
